Wednesday 15^th April 2026, London: Ranger Fire and Security has made its first acquisition in the South East, with London-based Fidelity Integrated Systems.

Based in Orpington, Fidelity is a fire and safety-security solutions provider, offering customers services including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms and gate automation, fire safety including detection, suppression and compliance solutions to minimize risk and damage to properties.

Fidelity has been serving customers across the South East, including London and the home counties, for over 20 years. Their client list spans iconic landmarks, listed buildings, schools, retail stores and residential developments.

Fidelity has also attained some of the highest accreditations in the industry including NACOSS Gold for Security Systems and for Fire Alarm Systems and is fully regulated by the NSI.

The addition of Fidelity will give Ranger a foothold in the South East and the company will work as Ranger’s business “hub” in the region. This will enable Ranger to better reach and meet the needs of customers in the South East, while furthering its bolt-on acquisition strategy, as the team looks to reach other fire and security specialists in the area.

Fidelity’s Managing Director, Andy Atkinson, will be staying in his role, alongside the existing senior management teams, ensuring continued delivery of the trusted fire and security services that the company has become known for in the region.
